Our Personal Training program caters to individuals of all fitness levels, whether you're a beginner taking your first steps toward a healthier lifestyle or an advanced member seeking personalized help for specific sports or challenges. Our expert trainers design customized workout plans, provide guidance, and track your progress to help you reach your fitness goals faster.
How It Works
Consultation: We start with an initial consultation to discuss your fitness goals, current nutrition and lifestyle habits, as well as your physical capabilities.
Assessment: Evaluate your structural balance and mobility.
Personal Nutrition: Assess what you're presently doing with nutrition and determine if it align with your goals. If not, we develop some goal-based recommendations.
Custom Fitness Programming: Develop a personalized training program that supports your fitness goals and fits your schedule.
Ongoing Support: At the end of each block of training, you check-in with your coach to discuss your progress and make any desired adjustments.
