Welcome to The Harbor
Joining us for a drop-in session is easy! Simply check our class schedule online and book a class that's convenient for you. When you arrive, one of our coaches will greet you, provide a quick orientation, and guide you through the workout of the day.
Prerequisites
We welcome drop-ins with prior weightlifting or CrossFit experience. If you're new to CrossFit, no worries! Our coaches are here to scale movements and workouts to accommodate all fitness levels. Just come ready to challenge yourself and have some fun!
