The CrossFit program at CrossFit Harbor East is scalable for all fitness levels, from beginners to seasoned athletes. Our program is designed to challenge you with varied, high-intensity workouts that enhance strength, endurance, and overall fitness. You'll train with body-weight movements, dumbbells, kettlebells, barbells, rowers, air-bikes and more. There is simply nothing more effective for getting stronger, leaner and fitter.
How It Works
We offer multiple classes every day of the week. Each daily workout is a unique blend of functional movements, cardio, and weight training, ensuring a well-rounded fitness experience. Participants can expect personalized coaching, a motivating community, and the opportunity to push their limits.

We'll show you around the gym, talk about your previous fitness background and goals and then help select a fitness plan for you. If you're new to CrossFit and/or weightlifting, our Foundations classes will be your first step. If you have previous experience you may go directly into our CrossFit classes.
