Our core offering is a high-intensity fitness program that combines elements of cardio, weightlifting, and body-weight exercises to improve overall agility, strength and endurance. Every class is led by a certified trainer who guides participants through the warm-ups, functional workouts and cool downs -- designed to keep you progressing, challenged and engaged. The workouts are scaled for all fitness levels.
