Our core offering is a high-intensity fitness program that combines elements of cardio, weightlifting, and body-weight exercises to improve overall agility, strength and endurance. Every class is led by a certified trainer who guides participants through the warm-ups and functional workouts, designed to keep you progressing, challenged and engaged. The workouts are scaled for all fitness levels.

Absolutely not! Our programs are designed to meet you where you are, regardless of your starting point.

Do you offer nutrition advice?
Yes, we offer nutrition guidance as part of our holistic approach to fitness and health.
What are the gym's hours?
We're open to fit your busy schedule, with flexible class times throughout the week.
What does my membership include?
Membership grants access to all CrossFit, Open Gym, Olympic Lifting and Yoga classes. We also offer a hybrid where you may add Personal Training sessions at member discounts.
Can this program be modified to previous or current injuries?
Yes, our coaching is adaptable to accommodate injuries, ensuring a safe and effective workout.
How often should I attend classes?
The frequency can vary based on your goals and schedule, but starting out with 2 to 3 times per week will show progress. Consistency is the key to seeing results.
Is there a trial period for new members?
We offer a No Sweat Intro session for you to experience our gym and decide if it's the right fit for you. If you are new to weightlifting and/or CrossFit, we have a Foundations program that will teach you the basics and get you on the path to classes. You aren't required to join after completion of Foundations, but almost everyone does and we hope you will too!
Can I bring a friend to try a class?
Yes, we encourage you to bring friends and introduce them to our community. We offer a referral bonus for you and them if they join!
